Infarev is an internal operations tool run by FR Hotels for its staff and invited partners. This policy explains what information Infarev collects when you sign in and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, Infarev receives your name, email address and whether your email is verified. We record when you last signed in and any access permissions an administrator gives you. Administrators can also see the names and email addresses of FR Hotels Google Workspace accounts.
How we use it
We use this information only to decide who can sign in, to control access to pages within Infarev, and to help administrators manage accounts. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside FR Hotels except the service providers that host Infarev.
Where it is stored
Infarev is hosted on Vercel and its data is stored in a Neon Postgres database in the United States. Your sign-in is kept in a secure, encrypted browser cookie.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your Infarev records at any time. You can also revoke Infarev's access in your Google Account settings under Security, then Third-party apps.
